Allen,
I think LightWave is a great program. It has always been easy to pick up
new features, and indeed was easy to pick up without ever having 3D
experience. I have one request that I haven't seen too much anywhere
among the laundry lists that have been posted regarding wanted features:
Please let everything be animatible (with envelopes). The one difference
that usually separates the "PC" 3D programs from the "Workstation" 3D
programs is that the Workstation programs (besides being MUCH more
expensive) have traditionally let the user animate anything he/she wished.
Your above post/reply suggests that you are starting to implement this
more in LW. Could you give us an idea when (if ever) you have LW planned
to be fully animatible?
